Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship within Australia and to over 25 countries including the US, UK, Canada, and most of Europe. Shipping is free within Australia. International orders ship for a flat $4.95 AUD.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 10–20 business days. International delivery can take 10–25 business days, as items ship from our international fulfillment partners.
Will I be charged customs fees?
Depending on your country, local customs duties or import taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in our shipping price.
