Refund policy

We want you to love your Palm Shields. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email alviora.co@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
