Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping is free within Australia. International orders ship for a flat $4.95 AUD to over 25 countries including the US, UK, Canada, and most of Europe.

Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 10–20 business days. International delivery can take 10–25 business days, as items are shipped from our international fulfillment partners.

Depending on your country, local customs duties or import taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility — they are not included in our shipping price.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. ALVIORA is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local courier services once the package has left our facility.
